In which countries do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in France. The delivery time varies from 2 to 3 working days.
What are the shipping fees ?
In France
Delivery via La Poste by tracked letter from 3.50€.
Europe and Abroad
Delivery via La Poste by International tracked priority letter from 6€.
Free delivery from 80€ in France.
When will you send my order?
Once your order has been placed, we prepare it the same day or the next day, then we proceed to send it.
RETURNS
Purchase on the e-shop
You have every right to change your mind :)
For this, you have a period of 14 days following the date of receipt of your package. Email us at hello@mybookase.com.
Can I make an exchange?
We do not do standard exchange. For a new size or another model of book pouch, just reorder on our e-shop!

How do I track the delivery of my order?
By going to the La Poste website under the heading "Track a shipment".
My package is lost
We invite you to contact our Customer Service by email at hello@mybookase.com. For every problem, a solution!
My package has been returned to sender
Unfortunately, once your package has been returned, it cannot be reshipped to you and will be automatically refunded within 7 working days.
